Due to the nature of the items we sell (beds, sofas, refrigerators, and other appliances), all sales are final. As a general rule, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse or change of mind.

New Items

Returns or exchanges on new items will strictly be accepted only if they have a manufacturing defect. If this is the case, you must contact us immediately at sales@lmappliancesllc.com so we can evaluate the issue.

Open Box Items

For all items sold as "Open Box," no returns are accepted under any circumstances. It is a strict requirement that the customer visits our physical store to personally inspect the item and approve it before taking it. By completing the purchase and taking an "Open Box" item, the customer accepts the product in its current condition.
